LIVE TV Playback Error Print

• Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection. 
• Run a speed test to verify if your bandwidth is sufficient for streaming live TV.  (4K video streaming and gaming: 25–50 Mbps)
• Restart your router and modem if necessary.  If on Fiber you might need to reboot your ONT.
   

• Double-check that you have entered the correct server URL and credentials provided by us. 
• Make sure the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) URL is also accurate. To make sure you can use this URL - https://gethd.live/clientcare/knowledgebase/170/EPG-not-loading-correctly-how-can-i-fix-this.html 
   

• Check our Network status here - https://gethd.live/clientcare/serverstatus.php
   

• Video quality: Try lowering the video quality within the Cloud Streaming app to reduce bandwidth usage.  If this works then you have something on your network hogging the resources.
• Player selection: Should all be Software/Hardware Decoder.
• Caching settings: Check if caching settings are optimized for your network.  You can clear the cache 2 different ways, one you can go to Firestick Setting then Apps and find Cloud Streaming app and clear cache.  Or you can go into the App Setting and to General and the clear cache button will be there.  Click that and it will clear the cache. 
   

• Make sure your streaming device is compatible with the Cloud Streaming app and has the latest software updates. 
• Try restarting your streaming device.
