With this service there are 2 ways we can help you.
Windows 10 Users
- Click on the Windows Logo and type Quick Assist
- Once we have opened ours we will send you a code via Text or Live Chat.
- Type this code in Code from assistant.
- Click Share Screen
- Click the Allow button to give access to your computer.
HelpDesk by RemotePC
- We will send you a URL with an ID in it for example: https://help.remotepc.com/?id=XXXXXXXXX
- Click on that link and follow directions.
- If link does not work. Click on https://help.remotepc.com/
- Type 9 Digit Code we gave you.
- This creates a remote assistant using your internet browser.
