This company runs an encrypted DNS which blocks a lot of other server access, so as a customer you need to have a DNS Change to either Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220) or CloudFlare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1).  

You can call Hay Support to have them do it but they will ask why, just say a few of your apps do not work with the current DNS.  Or the best option is make sure you have SmartHub login from their website and you can login to your router using that system to make the changes yourself.

Highly Recommend you change to your own router or WIFI system, such as TP Link Deco System.
