This is very simple when you are logged into the billing system look for the link called "Affiliates"
Click on that link and the next screen is where you will activate your account.
Then once you click Activate button it will create your Affiliates Panel.
You can send your friend/family the Unique Referral Link. When they order a service it will auto generate the commissions.
