The email campaign are only for current active customers to save on the great services they are paying for. For new customers, they would need to post a support ticket and we would consider it. If this NEW Customer is a referral then NO they pay the regular price but then can take part in the discounts after.
Only time it is not even questioned is if the sale is posted on our website.
