Having playback errors, what do I do? Print

When you are getting playback errors please make sure you have done the following:

 

  • Changed your DNS setting in your router - CLICK HERE (Recommend OPENDNS)

If you cant change in your router (Rogers Ignite)

  • Change the DNS Setting in your firestick - CLICK HERE (Recommend OPENDNS)

 

Please note: that connection error will happen if you are trying to use our service on more then 1 IP address which is not allowed.  You would need to order our service for each location.

 


 

If you have done that submit a support ticket with the following information - CLICK HERE:

 

If a Channel

  • Channel Number, Station Name and what the error is on screen

 

If a Movie

  • Movie name and what the error is on screen

 

If a TV Series

  • TV Series Name, Season Number, Episode Number and what the error is on screen
