Important System Update:

GEN Play is now READY.  If you have paid for the switch or want to switch, please create a support ticket so we can get you added to GEN Play.  Please note the addon for GEN player for 1 Device on another IP does not allow you to share your account.  This is so you can take a device to your cottage or trailer.

 

Reminder for all...

  • If you are having ANY issues with either Player do not go to other customers.  Please come to us this way we can get it fixed quickly, a fellow customer is not able to fix this system.
  • Please use our ticket systems, as we use this to track common issues with our players and find fixes that work also notify the development team when there needs to be an update based on issues.  If you do not report issues, we do not know there are issues.
  • Please be respectful of our staff we are always working hard to make sure you offer quality but there are some variables we have ZERO control of. 
  • Please remember just because you can surf the internet on 1 device, or using another APP does not mean there is not any issues.  We are finding solutions all the time to improve the service, when we request changes to your network it is for your benefit not ours. 
  • Invoices are sent to emails (may need to check your junk mail folder) on your account 10 days before due date, we do this to avoid any interruptions.
  • When using our support systems, please only use 1.  Also posting multiple tickets will not speed up the response. 
  • We do offer Remote Desktop Support Service to a computer on your network to fix these issues.  So you do not have to be a TECH WIZARD by any means.
