NOTE: Once you have changed to the new player please create a support ticket requesting your new login information, this has to be completed by Sept 15th, 2023 and NO LATER.  Unfortunately we have to go back to only 4 devices per account as this is all that platform will allow. The streams we currently use are very stable running on this platform.  We do apologize for the interruption this causes but we are getting back to our system that works and just as stable as it use to be.  Please make sure you remove SOPlayer completely.
