Please read them carefully before using the platform.
These terms and conditions govern your use of the GETHD Live platform, including all features, services, and content available through the platform. By using GETHD Live, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The GETHD Live platform is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the platform, including subscribers, and govern your use of the platform and its associated services. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.
USER TERMS:
By accessing or using the GETHD Live platform, you agree to be bound by these User Terms. If you do not agree to these User Terms, you should not use the GETHD Live platform.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use the GETHD Live platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the platform:
- For any unlawful purpose or activity
- To transmit or distribute any virus, malware, or other harmful software or code.
- To transmit or distribute any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform, or the networks or servers connected to the platform.
Prohibited Activities: In addition to the above, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the GETHD Live platform:
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the platform for any purpose.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the platform.
- Taking any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
- Accessing or attempting to access any content on the platform not intended for you, or logging onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access.
- Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the platform, including, but not limited to, user names, email addresses, or any other contact information.
- Using any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the platform.
- Using our platform on more then 1 IP Address, unless you have been approved by our administration and the program allows it. Current programming LUX is only allowed on 1 IP Address and Cloud Streaming is allowed with additional cost and approval from our team.
User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Violation of these User Terms may result in the termination of your access to the GETHD Live platform, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability to you.
LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content transmitted through the GETHD Live platform is licensed by GETHD Live and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. By using the GETHD Live platform, you acknowledge and agree that all content and intellectual property rights associated with the platform are the property of GETHD Live or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant any rights to copy, distribute, or modify the content, software, or other intellectual property associated with the platform.
Any violation of these terms and conditions, including unauthorized use of the licensed content or intellectual property associated with the platform, may result in immediate termination of your access to the platform and legal action taken against you.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by any content transmitted through the GETHD Live platform, please contact us at support@gethd.live.
PAYMENT AND FEES:
By using the GETHD Live platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the service. These fees and charges may vary depending on the specific operator or service provider through which you access the platform.
Billing cycles and payment methods may also vary depending on the applicable operator or service provider. Please refer to the billing and payment information provided by your specific broadband provider for more information.
If you fail to pay any applicable fees or charges, your access to the platform may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the operator or service provider.
We reserve the right to modify or adjust our fees and charges at any time. Any changes to our fees and charges will be communicated to you in advance.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding billing or payment for the GETHD Live platform, please contact your specific operator or service provider.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
GETHD Live make no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, regarding the use or performance of the platform, including but not limited to its availability, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. The platform is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.
In no event shall GETHD Live be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform or the inability to use the platform, even if GETHD Live has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GETHD Live shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the loss or corruption of data, errors or interruptions in the transmission or reception of data, unauthorized access to or alteration of data, or any other damages arising from the use of the platform.
Users of the platform agree to indemnify and hold harmless GETHD Live, as well as their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the user’s use of the platform, including any breach by the user of these terms and conditions.
GETHD Live reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform, or any part of it, at any time and without notice, and shall not be liable to users or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or termination.
TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION:
Users may terminate their account with the GETHD Live platform at any time by providing written notice to GETHD Live. GETHD Live reserves the right to terminate a user’s account at any time, without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, a violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
In the event of a termination or cancellation, GETHD Live will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the user. Users will be responsible for any unpaid fees or charges that were incurred prior to the termination or cancellation of their account.
Upon termination or cancellation of a user’s account, GETHD Live will have the right to delete any user data or content associated with the account, including but not limited to recordings, preferences, and settings.
Users are responsible for canceling any third-party subscriptions or services that were connected to their GETHD Live account. GETHD Live is not responsible for any charges or fees incurred due to the failure to cancel such third-party subscriptions or services.
If a user is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this document, GETHD Live reserves the right to take legal action against the user, including but not limited to seeking damages for any losses or damages incurred by the platform as a result of the user’s actions.

Please note that your service contract with your operator or provider may contain additional terms and conditions regarding termination and cancellation of your account. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms in addition to the terms outlined in this agreement.
BILLING & REFUND POLICY:
Billing Cycle. The subscription fee for the GETHD Live service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the invoice delivered. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid subscription began on a day not contained in a given month. Refer to your invoice for access to your payment date. We may authorize your
Payment Method in anticipation of subscription or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register.
Payment Methods. To use the GETHD Live service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. Following any update to your Payment Method, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
Cancellation. You can cancel your GETHD Live membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the GETHD Live service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, all requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
No Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
Unauthorized Charges: If you believe there has been unauthorized use of your account or billing information, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will investigate the matter and, if appropriate, provide a refund for any unauthorized charges.
Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. By using our streaming television service, you agree to abide by the terms of this Refund Policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please contact our customer support team.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These terms and conditions, as well as any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in the province or federal courts located in Ontario, and each party consents to the jurisdiction thereof.
AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
GETHD Live reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions regularly to stay up to date with any changes. Continued use of the platform following any updates or amendments to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
GETHD Live may notify users of changes to the terms and conditions via email, by posting a notice on the platform, or through other means. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their contact information on file with GETHD Live is current and accurate.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
By using the GETHD Live platform, users agree to be bound by the most current version of the terms and conditions.
