Commonly Asked Questions:

• How hard is this to install on Android Platform like Firesticks?  It is very simple you just open up the Downloader App and type this number 525745 and click enter and it will download the required app.  Then you will need to use the username and password send in the Welcome to Cloud Streaming Email.
• What does it mean by connections versus devices?  This system can be loaded on several devices but only can have 2 or 4 running at the same time depending on the package you ordered.
• If there is Channel issues how do I report them?  Simple use our Billing Support System and create a support ticket, make sure you stated the channel number, station name and the issue you are having.
• If I have a Cloud Account can I order another as Add-on for my Cottage? Yes, we are allowing a second account at the discounted rate.
• If I recommend a friend do I get a bonus?  If you signup for our affiliates program then yes,  you need to send your friend the link in your affiliates panel to order and you are paid $5/per sign up.  We have how to signup for our Affiliates information below.
• If I want to request a Movie or Series, what do I need to do? Just created a support ticket with the name of Movie or Show and we will try our best to get that for you.
• Can I switch from Lux or Gen Player to Cloud? Yes, but your pricing will not be adjusted until your renewal.
